Very straightforward: 1. Send us a short email or a message via Kleinanzeigen – with your preferred date and, ideally, the extras you'd like (syrup, cups, straws). 2. You'll get a quick reply with all the details and the confirmation. 3. Pickup or delivery on the agreed date – done.

At solivo there are three fixed packages: the all-in package for €119 (machine, delivery, both tanks filled, 40 cups – no deposit), the pickup package for €95 (same service for self-collection, deposit €125) and the machine only for €70 for self-collection if you want to fill it yourself. You get a clear total overview in advance, with no hidden costs.

The deposit is €125 and is only left at handover with self-collection (pickup package or machine only) – after the machine is returned in good order you get it back in full. With the all-in package including delivery the deposit is waived completely.

You pay the rental – and with self-collection the deposit – conveniently at handover, in cash or by card. We'll clarify the details when we confirm your enquiry.

The all-in package (€119) includes the machine for one day, delivery & collection in the delivery area, both tanks filled (6 l per tank, 12 l in total ≈ 40 servings of 0.3 l in two flavours of your choice), 40 cups & straws, personal instruction – and no deposit.

A weekend from Friday to Sunday costs €169: the all-in package for €119 plus two further rental days at €25. Each additional rental day beyond the first costs €25.

The pickup package (€95) is €24 cheaper than the all-in package, but there's a deposit of €125 and you transport the roughly 45 kg machine yourself. The all-in package (€119) includes delivery and collection in the delivery area around Potsdam and comes with no deposit – handy if you don't have a suitable car or don't want to worry about anything.

During the colder months off-season prices apply: all-in package €119, pickup package €95, machine only €70 – valid until 30 April 2027. Additional day (€25), syrup filling (€15), cups (€5), deposit (€125) and travel fee to the surrounding area (€10) stay the same all year. For the summer season the package prices go back up – so booking in spring locks in the lower price.

Of course – you decide freely. With the all-in package (€119), delivery and collection in our delivery area are included if you live in Potsdam. To the surrounding area and south-west Berlin a one-off €10 travel fee applies. There is no deposit in either case. If you collect yourself, take the pickup package (€95) with the same service, then there's a deposit of €125. Just let us know at enquiry which you prefer.

Yes, and it is simple: within Potsdam we deliver at no extra charge, outside for €10 more. Free of charge are the eight Potsdam postcodes (14467, 14469, 14471, 14473, 14476, 14478, 14480, 14482), the surrounding towns of Werder (Havel), Schwielowsee, Michendorf, Nuthetal, Wilhelmshorst, Seddiner See, Groß Kreutz, Ketzin, Kleinmachnow, Stahnsdorf, Teltow and Großbeeren, plus south-west Berlin (Kladow, Wannsee, Nikolassee, Zehlendorf) we deliver for a €10 travel fee. Only a normal 230 V socket and a firm, level spot. The machine should stand level during operation and have some air at the back.

The machine measures 77.5 × 41 × 49 cm (H × W × D) and weighs around 45 kg. That means it fits in most cars – often even in a small car (e.g. a Hyundai i10). What matters is that the boot opening is big enough; that varies by model. With the rear seats folded down it almost always works. If in doubt, just ask briefly at enquiry – we're happy to give you feedback.

Less than you'd think: the machine measures 77.5 × 41 × 49 cm (H × W × D) and weighs around 45 kg. A sturdy table, a sideboard or a counter is enough – as long as it's firm and level. Add a normal 230 V socket and a little air at the back so it can cool. That's all it needs, even in a shared kitchen or a meeting room.

The all-in and pickup packages include 6 litres per tank – 12 litres in total and therefore around 40 servings of 0.3 l in two flavours. In our experience that covers most parties. Need more? We fill a tank right up for €15 (12 instead of 6 litres, roughly 20 extra servings per tank) – also spontaneously on site.

Rule of thumb: 1 litre of syrup plus 4.6 litres of water make around 5.6 litres of ready slush – that's about 18 cups of 0.3 l. Plan for about 1–2 cups per guest. Syrup flavours, cups and straws come straight from us – take a look at the extras and just add them with your enquiry.

Depending on the fill amount and ambient temperature, usually about 45–60 minutes. It's best to start the machine in good time before the event – then the first glass is cold on schedule.

Yes – the machine runs all year, indoors and outdoors. Outdoors please set it up covered or protected from the weather.

Absolutely – the machine is the hit of every party, whether it's a kids' birthday in the living room, a team event at the office or a celebration at the club house. Best part: it does its own cooling. You don't need ice, a stock of ice cubes or freezer space to keep the drinks cold – syrup and water in, and after 45–60 minutes finished slush comes out of the tap. The drink is the ice. It runs all year, indoors just as well as outdoors (outdoors please under a roof). And in the off-season the packages are cheaper on top.

While running, a cooling compressor works – a steady hum, similar to a fridge, that disappears behind music and conversation. It gives off a little warmth at the back, again like a fridge, so leave a few centimetres of air there. If you're unsure whether that suits your room, just ask briefly at enquiry.

You get the machine handed over cleaned and disinfected. After the event it's enough to rinse the tanks roughly – the hygienic final cleaning is taken care of by us. We explain all the details at handover.
